Piano lessons
Piano teachers in Singapore.
Piano lessons run from a young child's very first lesson to Grade 8 and diploma, and the right teacher depends on where the student is now. Tell us the student's age and standard, when they're free and what you'd like to spend, and we'll rank every teacher who fits.
Free to ask, and no account needed.
Choosing a teacher
What a good one does
- Builds sight-reading and technique alongside the exam pieces, so progress outlasts each exam.
- Knows the syllabus the student is working to, ABRSM or Trinity, scales and aural included.
- Teaches a young child in short, playful steps, and an adult through the music they came for.
A teacher who doesn't teach piano never appears on your list. Everyone else is scored out of 100 on when they're free, where they teach, your budget, the student's standard and age, and the rest. What we match on
Common questions
Before you ask
Are piano lessons for children or adults?
Both. The form asks who the lessons are for and the student's age, and teachers say which ages they teach, so an adult beginner is matched as carefully as a seven-year-old.
Where do piano lessons happen?
Wherever suits you: at your home, at the teacher's own studio, online, or somewhere else, such as a community centre. You tick every one that works, and teachers with a studio show only the area, never the address.
How much does a piano teacher cost?
Teachers set their own rate per hour and you set a budget per hour, so everyone is compared the same way. Teachers inside your budget rank higher, and the form shows what your lesson length comes to.
