No. The form takes about two minutes and ends with your name, number and email, so we can send your matches back. An account is optional, and only saves you hunting for the link later.

Your shortlist is ready the moment you send your request. If nobody fits yet, we'll message you within a day. How fast an introduction follows depends on who teaches that subject and who is free when you are.

Yes. Every tutor on your shortlist has a full profile: their own results, how long they have taught and what came of past students, how they teach, the hours they are free against yours, and the towns they travel to. You can compare two or three side by side. Contact details stay private until you choose.

A verified badge means we have seen proof of what the tutor claimed: a degree scroll or transcript for qualifications, a posting letter for current and former MOE teachers. We check the name on the documents against the name on the account, and never ask for NRIC numbers. It is not a judgement of their teaching, so do meet them and ask your own questions first.

Ask us for a different one, any time and for any reason, and we look again from scratch. Lessons already taught are still owed to the first tutor. No penalty, and no awkward conversation with us about it.

Tutors set their own rates, and what you settle on is between you and your tutor. Our tuition rates page shows the usual range for each level and kind of tutor. Give us a budget in the form and tutors inside it rank higher, while anyone who charges more says so on their profile.

Every subject on the form, from Primary 1 to JC and the IB, with the Integrated Programme included, and music lessons too. Many subjects also have a page of their own, with typical rates and what a good tutor for it does.

Either, and you choose. Tell us where you are and which you want, and tutors who travel to your area or teach the way you asked rank first. Anyone who doesn't is held lower down, with the reason on their card.

No. A request obliges you to book nobody, and you can close it whenever you like. Once lessons start, both sides usually plan around three months, which is an expectation rather than a lock-in, and a lesson can be moved with a day's notice.
