Lessons, and that's our fee
We take the first two lessons, collected from the parent rather than out of your pocket. From the third, they pay you directly and we never take another cent. Most agencies here take half your first month, so the more often you teach, the less ours costs you.
If a family stops within the first month, you don't walk away with nothing: you get at least half the fees for every lesson you taught. All of it is in our terms.

Applying is short on purpose. Everything after it is us working out which assignments are worth putting in front of you.

When two tutors score the same, parents choose on what you've written. You add it from your dashboard after applying, and your number and email are never on it.

Your first month
Inside the first month you get at least half the fees for every lesson you taught. We top up the difference, and you never pay anything back.

Your first two lessons. We collect them from the parent, so nothing leaves your pocket, and from the third lesson they pay you directly and we take nothing more. No sign-up fee and no charge for an introduction. Most agencies here take half your first month, so the more often you teach, the smaller ours works out.
From the third lesson the family pays you directly, in whatever way the two of you arrange, and we never touch it. Lessons one and two are our fee and go to us, collected from the parent rather than deducted from you.
No. Undergraduates, part-timers, full-timers and MOE teachers are all welcome. Parents filter for the kind of tutor they want, so being new is one of the options rather than a mark against you.
That we have seen proof of what you claimed: a degree scroll or transcript for qualifications, a posting letter if you teach or taught with MOE. We never ask for NRIC numbers. Unverified tutors still see every assignment they match, so the badge is a signal to parents, not a gate on you.
